The Concept
“ Le Chateaux de la Croix Val-Mer” is a luxury Hotel Restaurant ( according to” restaurant role is provision of food and drink generally at high price with high level of service” located in “ la Côte d’Azur » in South France. This is totally new concept implanted in France. The Chateaux de la Croix Valmer is a Glass building Garden mixed with an authentic building. The building is situed in front of the sea, 10 minutes far to Saint Tropez, the VIP city on summer
This place is quiet; when customers arrive they know that they will be happy. The style is a mix of design, delicious table, urban places, but reassuring.
Captiv and non captiv aspect
Like most restaurant, le Chateau de la Croix Valmer is a non captiv restaurant. It is logical to say that Le Chateau de la Croix Valmer is not a captiv restaurant because people decided to make pleasure himself or not.
